PartsBadger, one of the largest providers of CNC machined parts in Wisconsin, completed its purchase of the assets formerly owned by GT Engineering Inc.  GT Engineering Inc, founded in 1994, grew its operations by providing superior service, quality, and on-time deliveries.  Based in Germantown WI, GT Engineering Inc. specializes in EDM and precision machining services.

PartsBadger currently offers machining services to customers across the US and internationally with rapid quoting, fast lead times and a wide range of capabilities   This addition to the PartsBadger family “Your Online Machine Shop” will increase its machining service offerings to include same-day, next-day, two-day, and three-day manufacturing options.  Ultra-Rapid capabilities will include 3 axis, 4 axis, and 5 axis milling, turning, wire and sinker EDM. The facility will machine all materials including: soft metals, steels, tool steels, plastics and exotic metals including: Nitinol, Inconel, Titanium and Magnesium.

As part of the asset purchase, PartsBadger LLC will add production facilities at N114 W18775 Clinton Drive, Germantown WI 53022 in addition to its current operations, with the ability to ship worldwide from the facility.  The facility will maintain ISO 9001:2015 & ITAR certification.

The asset purchase is expected to add 16 to 20 full time positions to the Greater Milwaukee Area by Q3 of 2018.  PartsBadger will be hiring skilled machinists, programmers, engineers, quality control technicians and support staff.
