Terms and Conditions – New Version (Dev)

  1. All quoted lead times are listed in business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the following holidays: New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
  2. Any expedite-quoted lead times will expire by 3:00 p.m. on the following business day.
  3. Lead Time Guarantee on Expedited Parts
    • If parts are shipped after the “Ship By” date stated at the time of order, PartsBadger will, at its own discretion, expedite shipping at no charge to the customer or issue a credit to the customer equal to the difference between the quoted price of the lead time that was ordered and the greater of either the quoted price of the actual lead time or the “Standard” lead time price for those parts.
      • For example, if the customer orders at the 2-Day lead time tier, but PartsBadger delivers in 4 days, PartsBadger will charge the 4-Day lead time tier price.
    • This guarantee does not apply if there are delays due to:
      • Customer requests to hold part delivery.
      • A discrepancy in customer-provided information.
      • Manufacturing questions requiring customer feedback before production.
        1. PartsBadger will review confirmed orders within 2 business days for manufacturability via computer-aided manufacturing. If a part is determined to be non-manufacturable during physical production, PartsBadger reserves the right to cancel the order.  PartsBadger will make its best effort to determine manufacturability and notify the customer of issues preventing successful manufacturing before the purchased lead time.
      • Shipment preferences requiring customer feedback prior to shipment.
    • Lead times are subject to change if information is missing that prevents order confirmation. A business day will be added for each day that information is not provided by 3:00 p.m. CST/CDT.
  4. Quotes for Standard lead times will expire on 15 business days after quote issue.
  5. The Standard lead times listed are target lead times and not guaranteed lead times. PartsBadger will take reasonable efforts to ensure shipment within the target lead time, but shall not be responsible for acts of god or circumstances beyond its control. If the target lead time is exceeded, PartsBadger, at its sole discretion may:
    • Provide a full or partial refund/discount;
    • Provide a credit toward a future order.
  6. Dimensional tolerances are quoted to print unless otherwise noted on this quote. If no print is provided all dimensions will be held to:

  7. Production requires STEP files and mechanical drawings. If adequate 3D part files or drawings are not provided they can be created by PartsBadger, which may result in an additional charge.
  8. Information in the sales order shall be the authority for the order, superseding any conflicting information provided in email, design files, note files for this order, or via any other method of communication.
  9. If there is a discrepancy between the drawing and the quote, the sales order shall take precedence. Tapped holes and threads must be specifically called out, otherwise smooth holes will be produced.
  10. If there is a discrepancy between the drawing and the 3D part file, either may be used for production. This condition includes cases in which PartsBadger created the 3D part file and the customer did not have the capacity to approve it.
  11. Additional charges may apply for design changes dependent on the part’s production status. The part ship date is also subject to change.
  12. Requests for cancelation will be reviewed and may be subject to rejection or cancelation fees.
  13. PartsBadger liability shall not exceed the total amount which the customer has paid for this specific order regardless of fault.
  14. If parts do not meet the specifications on the sales order, PartsBadger, at its own discretion, may:
    • Repair the parts;
    • Replace the parts;
    • Provide a full or partial refund/discount;
    • Provide a credit toward a future order.
  15. Non-US customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
  16. We expect payment within the customer’s terms. There will be a 1.5% interest charge per month on late invoices. If a payment term is not specified by the customer, invoices must be processed as NET30.
