Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Reports to Director of Marketing
Summary: PartsBadger, a tech start-up in the Greater Milwaukee area offering online CNC custom parts manufacturing services, requires a Digital Sales and Marketing Coordinator(DSMC) to increase online exposure and gain/manage customers. DMSC will use online resources to promote PartsBadger and locate customer prospects. DMSC will contact customers directly (primarily via email) manage customer relationships, and perform soft sales. The position requires someone who thrives when given the freedom in accomplishing objectives and is self-driven and motivated. The position does involve a heavy sales element, but its win-win soft selling versus high pressure hard selling.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage Newsletters & Email List

- 2 or 4 year degree in related field.

Opportunity for Advancement:
This position is structured to allow for advancement to a sales/marketing management role and marketing director role. The position has no direct reports.

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in a high end locale in Mequon, WI. The DSMC will work with a small team dedicated to the success of the company.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, base plus bonus or commission element.
