Operations Assistant

 Summary:  PartsBadger is a family friendly a tech start-up in the Greater Milwaukee area, offering online CNC custom parts manufacturing services, requires an operations assistant.   The Operations Assistant(OA) will serve in many roles from office management, logistics coordination, and operations support.  The OA will need to be agile and willing to take on new projects.  The OA will be responsible for everything from local drop offs and pickup of parts, office management, to manually reworking parts.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Office Management
  • Office Support
  • Local Deliveries Pickup/Drop Off’s
  • Light Part Rework (Hand Tools)
  • Packing/Shipping
  • Scheduling
  • General Organization

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Online Skills
    • Emails
    • Search Techniques
    • Navigating The Web Efficiently
    • Atleast 45wpm Typing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Comfortable with Hand Tools
  • Self-Motivated
  • Independent Problem Solver
  • Ability to Accept Challenges and Take Responsibility
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Field
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience in Copy Writing

Compensation:

Salary at ~$30,000 to $34,000/yr
